What payment options do you accept?

We accept ALL credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and checks.

What are your shipment methods?

We use FEDEX, UPS, Southwest, Alaska Air, American and Delta Airlines.

How do you handle DOA Items (Dead On Arrival)?

Our Company has a 100% guarantee. If anything in your order does not arrive alive and healthy, just send us a photo of the livestock within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, and we will issue a credit to your account which can be used on your next order. We would never feel right about making you pay for an item you did not receive in mint condition. Customer Service is our #1 Priority and we will always do the best we can to provide you with the best customer service possible.

What if the shipment is lost or delayed by the airline or delivery service?

If a Shipment is lost or delayed, we will help you with the Airlines and/or Fedex/UPS in recovering the shipment and noting the order for a livestock credit should any of the animals arrive damaged. Should an order be lost or delayed with an alternative delivery service, we will issue a credit for the livestock on either a replacement order or a future order.

Do you Transship?

We can assist you with volume discounts. Please speak with your account rep and find out about programs we offer for volume discounts.

Do you sell to the public?

No we are not open to the public and DO NOT sell to the hobby. You must have a legitimate business that involves resale of Livestock to be approved for an account with us.

How do you acclimate your livestock to protect from hitchhikers?

We dip all Corals thoroughly while examining them daily for bacteria, pests and damaged tissue. We have many different methods for treating all species of livestock but we cannot give away our trade secrets. We do guarantee our livestock and can assure you that our corals will be delivered in perfect condition or your money back.

Do you offer WYSIWYG?

Yes, twice per week we send out emailed stock lists with a WYSIWYG Coral photo reel. We operate on a First Come, First Serve basis to give everyone a fair chance to buy our premium corals.

Do you accept walk-in’s?

Due to Covid 19, we are not accepting walk in traffic. This will change once the country returns to normalcy.
